We shall determine the level of experience and certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS) necessary to ensure the capability of personnel to identify safety factors affecting the project or processes on a planned and timely basis.
The main function of HSE personnel is to monitor installation activities, devise safety plans, monitor practices to ensure compliance, write up safety policies and procedures, and respond to emergencies as needed.
HSE personnel will take adequate measures to ensure implementation of Project Safety Plan. HSE personnel are not directly responsible for execution of work, and they report to the Corporate HSE Manager.
